4. Quotes and Pricing Quotes provided (virtual or in-person) are estimates based on information supplied and are valid for a limited time (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise). Final pricing may change due to unforeseen site conditions, material costs, design changes, permits, or other factors. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

5. Payments Payment terms will be specified in the project contract (e.g., deposits, progress payments, final payment upon completion). We accept common payment methods; details provided in contract. Late payments may incur fees or interest as outlined in the contract.

6. Warranties and Limitations We provide a standard 1-year warranty on labor and materials for qualifying projects (details in contract). Warranties exclude normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage from third parties. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A PROJECT CONTRACT, SERVICES AND WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
